As a graduate of the Food Safety Readiness Program, the Food Processing Skills Canada (FPSC) will promote with recruiters and employers from Canadian food manufacturing companies your Resume and Work Experience Profile. These include your picture, education and work experience, and expected province of residency. Your profiles will also be featured on our website.

The photographs and information will be used exclusively promoting participants in the industry with the goal of helping them to obtain employment.

I release FPSC from responsibility should a third party violate the terms of this release.

I have read the above and:

CONSENT to FPSC collecting and using my picture and information for the purpose noted in the waiver and RELEASE FPSC, their respective employees or employers from any and all liabilities arising from or in any way connected to the activities.

DO NOT CONSENT to FPSC collecting and using my picture and information for the purpose noted in the waiver. I understand that by not consenting FPSC won’t be able to promote my profile to employers. I understand that by not consenting, I will still be able to enrol in the Food Safety Training Management program.
